Myles Trapp, MS, is a Master Sommelier, educator, and hospitality consultant based in California. After earning a sommelier diploma from the Université du Vin at Suze-la-Rousse in 2017, he moved to Napa Valley, where he worked at several of the region’s most respected restaurants, including Auberge du Soleil, REDD, Bottega, and Charlie Palmer Steak. In 2024, he earned the Master Sommelier Diploma with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas. Myles is currently focused on partnerships and experience development for the Tastefuli mobile app, working with the team at Preferabli to help travelers discover curated wine country experiences. His interests include authentic wine communication, thoughtful food and beverage pairing, and helping people engage with wine through curiosity, sensory awareness, and shared exploration. Outside of wine, he enjoys hiking, cycling, yoga, and tennis.
